Employee's benefit

Just received the employee's benefit letter from BGC. It informed me of what Medical Leave & Annual Leave i'm entitled to after THREE MONTHS and when did i receive it? Exactly 51 weeks after i joined, that's 1 week short of being a year! Only takeaway from the letter? The orchid stamp that i cut out from the letter cover -_-
