Went to Kukup with the Kukupians, simple 2 days 1 night trip. Lots of seafood, photos and fun too. Thank you Chang & Pam for organizing this fun-filled trip. All the horseshoe crab, BCM Hub, fireworks, our Kukupians' headcount and the lovely companionship made my week really enjoyable. I promise i will join in more of these 2d trips, these people are just great!
However, i realize i didn't wholeheartedly let go. At the kelong, when i saw the cuttlefish snack, i was subconsciously looking for the entire piece type. Friends are so environmental-friendly, take nothing but photos with us and leave nothing but footprints in our minds. Once a friend, always a friend.
Anyway, a trip to Kukup and my friend advised me to actually pursue contract teaching to gain entry to NIE instead of waiting for next year. I have applied at MOE for relieve teaching, once they approved i will send my resume to the schools around my place and hopefully get a reply before end of July where i have to pay for SIM. Still considering if i am gonna take a gamble and give up on SIM if the schools don't reply me by then.
